Shipping & Returns

Shipping: TipTheGirl will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but due to extreme popularity, some items may not be readily available. We will ship these items as soon as we receive them. Orders are processed Monday through Friday at 4 p.m. EST. Halloween items ordered on these days before 4pm EST will ship the same day (footwear excluded). We strive to meet all Halloween orders placed on weekdays within 24 hours. For all other orders, please allow 7-10 business days for regular ground delivery. Shipping charges are subject to change, depending on the weight of the package. Footwear: Orders containing footwear take approximately 5-7 business days longer in addition to TipTheGirl’s regular shipping timeframe. Shoes are not kept in TipTheGirl’s warehouse and TipTheGirl orders them especially for the customers. Shoes will arrive together with the completed customer’s order. For Express Delivery orders with footwear, customers will receive the shoes separately from the main items (i.e. dress/costume). Footwear orders for size 13 or larger will be subject to an additional $10.00 charge. Orders with footwear only are not available for express delivery.

Promotional Offers: Promos/discounts cannot be combined with other offers. Sale, promotional, and seasonal items can be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchanges only.

Backorder Policy: If an item that you order is on out of stock/backordered you will be notified within 1 business day. If an item is out of stock for a period of time less than 4 weeks, your item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. If an item is out of stock for a period of time greater than 4 weeks a full refund will be issued.

Returns and Exchange Policy: 
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or store credit (less shipping and handling costs). 

The Returns and Exchange policy applies only to purchases made through www.TipTheGirl.com. Unfortunately, merchandise bought through www.TipTheGirl.com cannot be returned or exchanged at TipTheGirl Catalog stores.

  • FINAL SALES – All items marked as Clearance are final. FINAL SALE items CANNOT be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, merchandise must be returned with tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) in tact and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Any item that is damaged or soiled cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds are accepted for items returned within 15 days of delivery date. Items returned between 16-30 days are accepted for exchange or store credit only. Any items returned after 30 days of delivery date will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Store credit must be redeemed via telephone order only.
  • Sexy Costumes returned within 30 days of delivery date are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

Cancellations: No changes can be made to your order once it has been placed. You may not cancel, and/or modify your order once it has been submitted. If the customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery, customers will receive store credit (less shipping and handling).

Privacy and Security Policy: TipTheGirl believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all clients with stringent and effective security measures on our internet site. It is TipTheGirl’s policy to not sell or otherwise exchange private information, such as your name, credit card number, or address to any third parties.
